FAQ

Common Questions

Something else? Call 812-202-5540.

What files do you need for a quote?

A PDF drawing with tolerances is ideal. STEP, IGES, and native CAD files also work.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. Single prototypes are welcome, and so are repeat production runs.

How long does a job take?

It depends on the part and the current schedule. Every quote includes a lead time, and rush work is possible when the schedule allows.

Do you take overflow work from other shops?

Yes. Send the print and your due date, and you'll know quickly whether we can hit it.

Do you ship parts nationwide?

Yes. We serve both local and nationwide customers. Quotes are handled by email and phone, and finished parts ship anywhere in the U.S.

Have a print on your desk?

Send it over. You'll get a price, a lead time, and a straight answer.
